Alex Torres, M.Ed.
Executive Director / Founder
has been an active member of the Austin community for over six years and brings fifteen years of experience in education and philanthropic work. He is a former public school teacher, coach and school administrator. 

Dinka Hadzic
Board Chair
has been working with youth programs since arriving to Austin in 2006. She is the former Executive Director for the Ignite a Dream organization and is currently director for a high performance youth tennis program at Austin Polo and Fitness Club. 

Chris Perry
Board Vice-Chair
is a Principal with AQUILA Commercial and prior to that he was with The Trammell Crow Company for eight years. He helped establish and local family non-profit foundation and has served at various other community outreach projects. 

Matt Lutz
Director of Development
is one of the founding members of Sabre Commercial. He grew up in Austin and attended the University of Texas. Matt has been involved in different aspects of construction since 1994 as a commercial broker with McAllister and Associates and Kennedy-Wilson.
